1. In-Browser Client-Side Processing
Reelstool is architected with a client-first design. Active creator utilities (such as our Unicode Font Styler, Instagram Engagement Calculator, Caption Analyzer, and upcoming Reel Cover Maker) execute locally inside your web browser using HTML5 Canvas and JavaScript.
Text you type, calculations you run, and images you upload for editing do not leave your browser and are not uploaded to, or stored on, our web servers.
2. Local Storage
If you choose to bookmark items or save recent drafts, that information is stored solely inside your browser's private localStorage sandbox on your physical device. We do not store account profiles or plaintext passwords on our servers.
3. Analytics & Technical Metrics
We use lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity) solely to monitor aggregate site performance, understand which tools creators find most useful, and identify technical bugs. We do not sell your personal browsing habits to third-party data brokers.
